MALINA LEIVEN
CEO
With a solid background in accounting and business management, I started my career after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Accounting.
My career began at Winter Park Lodging Company, where I spent 11 years sharpening my accounting skills in the lodging industry.
My financial expertise played a key role in growing Winter Park Lodging Company and launching Steamboat Lodging Company. Both companies were purchased by Continuum, which I facilitated. I then transitioned into overseeing accounting operations in the western region.
After two years with Continuum, I founded Flow Financial Analytics, where I now coach vacation rental managers in optimizing their finances, accounting, and revenue management.

Jillian is a highly skilled consultant and strategic advisor with Fireside Consulting, bringing expertise and insight to our team and clients. Whether conducting process evaluations, performing needs assessments, developing strategic plans, or diving deep into data analysis, Jillian delivers impactful initiatives that drive results.
Her background includes business coaching, accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, compliance, people engagement, and process improvement.
